It was already confirmed that Sébastien Vaniček (director of INFESTED, now available on Shudder which comes with a massive thumbs up from your pal The Reaper!) would be handling duties on the next in the EVIL DEAD series, but now we hear another movie is on the way!
Deadline reports that Ghost House Pictures has hired Francis Gallup (the upcoming LAST STOP IN YUMA COUNTY) to write and direct the next NEXT installment of the Deadite saga.
“Francis Galluppi is a storyteller who knows when to keep us waiting in simmering tension and when to hit us with explosive violence. He is a director that shows uncommon control in his feature debut,” producer Sam Raimi told Deadline in an official statement.
