The official UK cinema release date for PRIMATE, directed by Johannes Roberts, is Friday 30th January 2026, distributed by Paramount Pictures and starring Johnny Sequoyah and Troy Kotsur and Jessica Alexander, Victoria Wyant, Gia Hunter, Benjamin Cheng, Charlie Mann and Tienne Simon.
Johannes Roberts (47 Meters Down, The Strangers: Prey at Night) is back with PRIMATE, which is rated “18” for “strong bloody violent content, gore, language, and some drug use.”
This suspenseful horror movie follows a group of friends’ tropical vacation as it turns into a terrifying, primal tale of horror and survival. The cause? A beloved family pet, Ben, has violently turned against them.
