Best friends Karl and Miles, who find themselves in a secluded cabin in the woods with what they think is an opportunity to get rich, with the only thing standing in their way being the end of the world.

Grimmfest Says: A madcap horror comedy from the director of THE WAVE (Gille Klabin). This is a nicely played, deliberately silly dudebro horror comedy, pitched somewhere between JOHN DIES AT THE END, TUCKER AND DALE VS EVIL and WEEKEND AT BERNIE’S. The performances from Clay Elliot, Thomas Lennon and Cameron Fife are great and the chemistry between the characters keeps the laughs flowing. The dialogue is witty and the chemistry between the two leads, makes their improbable friendship surprisingly plausible. Sharp FX work, a wacky otherworldly plot, and a genre savvy script, makes WEEKEND a great fun big screen experience, you won’t want to miss.

Followed by a Q&A with the director and cast.
